Mark has been with Sissys since 1997. He has a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Northeast Louisiana University, has completed GIA courses in Graduate Diamonds, Diamond Grading, and Gem Identification. Mark is also certified by Jewelers of America as a Senior Sales Professional and Senior Management Professional. Mark is also a member of the Jonesboro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Joe has worked for Sissy’s since December 2010, and is a graduate of the Leadership Jonesboro class of 2013. He has a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. He is also GIA an accredited jewelry professional. He is apart of Jonesboro Young Professional Network.
Marilyn started working for Sissy’s in March 2012. She has worked in the industry for over 18 years. Owning a boutique in Memphis has given her the opportunity to know the fashion industry as well as quickly learn how important jewelry is in the fashion world. She hosted the St. Jude Fashion Show in Memphis and was a talent scout in Hollywood, California for seven years. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Jonesboro, Arkansas and also is a member of the Ladies of St. Jude in Memphis Tennessee.
Sarah was a meteorologist for the Jonesboro Region 8 StormTEAM for seven years, joining the Sissy’s Log Cabin team in 2013. She is a Rhodes College alumni, received her master’s degree from Mississippi State University, and became a GIA accredited jewelry professional in 2013. Sarah is an active member of the Jonesboro chapter of Junior Auxiliary, has volunteered with Women Can Run, Cardiology Asoociates Foundation, and been a part of Relay for Life.
Nancy started working for Sissy’s in March 2012. She has her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in elementary education from the University of Virginia. She is an active member of the Central Baptist Church, and lifelong choir member. She has been playing the piano and working with people in Special Ministries at Central for a quarter of a century. She is also involved with Pregnancy Resource Center and the Salvation Army. She has participated with the community theater, and plays piano for St. Elizabeth’s Nursing Home.
Bob started working for Sissy’s November 11, 2011. He is an accredited jewelry professional, and attended the corporate campus of Arkansas State University. He attends Cornerstone, United Methodist Church. He is vice president of Sigma Pi Alumni Foundation, and volunteers for Make-A-Wish foundation, and the Red Cross.
Brenda started working for Sissy’s in March 2012. She attended school at Arkansas State University, and has 32 years working in the jewelry industry. She is a member of Central Baptist Church. She is also involved with Smile Train, Prism Fellowship, Vom Ministries, First Impression Team at Central, and Encourager Team at Central.
Ginger started working for Sissy’s February 2, 2012. She attended Arkansas State University. She is a member at Central Baptist Church, and is active in the children’s ministry where she teaches 4th grade girls in Sunday school.
Anne began working for Sissy's in July 2015. She has a bachelors degree in Education from Arkansas State University. She has worked in the jewelry industry for five years and is certified by the Diamond Council of America.
Amy has a Bachelor of Science from Arkansas State University. She joined Sissy’s in March 2011.
C.Y. Sheng is a 1983 graduate of the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). He has over thirty years of experience in the jewelry industry as an instructor with GIA, a manager at two different manufacturing facilities, and a custom jewelry designer at several different stores.
Originally from Forrest City, Suzanne has extensive experience in the jewelry business. Her family owned a jewelry store from 1961-2007; she attended Trenton School of Jewelry in 1980, and now returns to the industry after taking a break to work for a nonprofit organization. Suzanne joined the Sissy’s Log Cabin team in the fall of 2013.
