Sissy's Log Cabin will always try to ship each order within one business day when possible. When you purchase an item from Sissy's Log Cabin it is sized (if applicable), quality checked, appraised, cleaned and packaged in either blue velvet or leather Sissy's packaging. It may take up to three business days to fulfill an order due to this process and order volume. Also, please allow for additional arrival time due to shipping. In case of a back order, we will notify the customer by email and or phone at which time a decision will be made about the order. Sissy's Log Cabin has a 30 day money back guarantee on all merchandise returned 30 days after the shipping date. This applies to all merchandise, except items that have been engraved, damaged, altered or resized by someone other than a Sissy's Log Cabin jeweler. New watch sales are also final. Any returned item must be in its original packaging and will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department before any credits or exchanges are made to the purchaser. Please do not mark the returning package with Sissy's Log Cabin and always make sure the item is insured for its value as we can not be held liable for mail and shipping theft or damage. We also have a 90 day guarantee replacing all stones lost under normal wear. Sissy's Log Cabin requires our suppliers to subscribe to the Kimberly Process to ensure our diamonds are conflict free.
